| 摘 要： | 实现人的全面发展是马克思主义的重要理论观点,正确理解人的全面发展观的科学内涵,对推进人的全面发展具有重要的指导意义。虽然只有到共产主义社会才能实现“每个人”的全面而自由发展,但是只要不断提高全面素质,社会主义初级阶段“一部分人”能够成为全面发展的人。推进人的全面发展与推进社会发展进步是互为前提和基础的同一个历史过程的相互制约、相互促进的因果关系。推进人的全面发展是社会主义现代化的本质要求,只追求经济效益,不推进人的全面发展,就不可能实现现代化。以人的发展为先导,提高民族素质,推进人的全面发展,才能抓住新科技革命和全球化带来的发展机遇,促进社会主义现代化。

| Abstract: | Human's overall development is an important Marxist theoretic standpoint.Comprehending the connotation of human development correcty is of importance to promoting human's overall development.Though "everybody" overall and free development will come into being only in communism,"part of persons" can become humans with overall development in the socialist primary stage as long as we raise overall quality steadily.Promoting human's overall development and promoting social development and progress interact as the premise and the foundation which interact as causality to restrict and promote each other. Promoting humans overall development is the essential request,for modernization won't come true by pursuing only economic effect without promoting human's overall development.Only by taking human's development as precursor,raising nation's quality and promoting human's overall development can we take hold of the developing chances that new science and technology revolution and globalism have brought about and promote socialist modernization. |
