摘    要:长期以来,学校德育实效问题是困扰我国学校德育的一大难题,也是当前我国学校德育的关键问题。作者通过对德育现状的反思,从德育概念,德育功能,德育目标,德育方法,德育时效观等多方面对德育实效问题进行了理性的思考,以期能对我国当前学校德育实践有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:The problem of school moral education effect has been a puzzle in our primary and middle schools for a long time. At the same time, it is the essential problem in school moral education. According to the thoughts on the facts of nowadays' school moral education, the author goes on thinking about the concept of moral education, its function, its goals, its methods and its time efficiency in order to strengthen school moral education effect practically.
