| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料、问卷调查法对参加2009年山东省体育教育专业基本功大赛的足球运动员发放调查问卷,并对足球教练员和足球专家学者进行访谈,通过所获得的资料,主要针对运动员的心理承受能力,比赛中外界刺激,球队球员之间的矛盾,球员的自身状况,环境因素的影响等几个方面的因素进行分析,在应激源的消除方式上,从自身调整,外界帮助,消极回避等方面进行初步的分析与研究。

| Abstract: | This article uses the open style questionnaire survey,the athlete who to participates in the soccer athlete who in 2009 Shandong Province sports education specialized basic skills big game as well as attends the university student soccer league tournament to provide the questionnaire,and unifies the interview which and the soccer trainer and the soccer experts carry on,through material which obtains,mainly aims at athlete＇s psychology bearing capacity,in the competition the outside stimulation,between the team player＇s contradiction,player＇s own condition,the environmental factor influence and so on several aspect factors carries on the analysis,in the stress source elimination way,from own adjustment,the outside help,aspects and so on negative evasion carries on the preliminary analysis and the research. |
