| 摘 要： | 目前我国健身产业升级中的＂健身工作室＂,可以作为社会体育专业健身与保健专业方向的大学生自主创业项目。探讨了中国式健身工作室的产生与自主创业的运营模式,并对社会体育专业大学生自主创建健身工作室面临的问题提出了建议。

| Abstract: | This article recommended establishing Fitness Facilities as a method to stimulate business startups for students majoring in social physical education.It also discussed the origin of Chinese-style fitness facilities and its business model.At the same time,it put forth some suggestions for solving the problems of students starting up their own businesses. |
