| 摘 要： | 经济理论研究存在的诸多问题，主要导源于认识上的误解和观念上的偏见。从我国统计理论的发展和国人的意识变迁可以看出，统计理论研究的冷热变换、理论观点与政治氛围及其变迁关系密切。因此，对社会主义统计学理论存在的缺陷和问题，要客观地、历史地看待和分析，并在发展社会主义市场经济的同时不断发展的完善，积极地与国际惯例接轨。

| Abstract: | The misunderstandin g in cognition and the prejudice in conception cause many problems in economic theory. From the development of statistic theory and the changes of people's co gnition,we can realize that the statistic theory and statistic ideas are closely related with the political atmosphere and its changes.We should factually,histo rically analyze the problems and shortcomings existed in the theory of socialism statistics. As we develop the socialism economy, we should develop and perfect the statistic theory and actively catch up with the international standard. |
