摘    要:盾构机是城市地铁和隧道施工的主要机械装备,盾构机各项参数的设定对于掘进速度和施工质量影响重大。从盾构机刀盘扭矩和转速、千斤顶总推力、推进速度、螺旋输送机转速和压力、注浆流量和压力、加泥加泡沫流量和压力等参数分析入手,详细分析各项参数的设置对掘进性能的影响。并以北京地铁盾构施工为例,设计各项参数优化的具体实现思路,为盾构施工的科学组织和优化管理提供理论指导。

Study on the Boring Control Optimization for Shield Tunneling Construction

Abstract:Shield machine is the main mechanical equipment for city subway and tunnel construction. Various parameters of the shield machine impact on the speed and quality of construction. This paper starts with the analysis of shield cutter head torque and rotational speed, the jack thrust, the thrust speed, the speed of screw conveyor and grouting pressure, the flow speed and pressure, the mud and foam flow speed and pressure parameters. The influence of various parameters on the boring performance is analyzed in detail. And then the construction of Beijing subway is as an example, the concrete design strategy for the parameters optimization realization is presented, which will provide theoretical guidance for the construction of scientific organization and management optimization.
