| 摘 要： | 经济是社会发展的前提,也是体育事业发展的基础.鄂西地区作为湖北省经济相对落后的地区,其农村体育的发展缓慢.调查发现,鄂西农民对体育有不同层面的需求,但需求最终取决于当地的经济水平,同时鄂西农村体育的发展速度、规模和水平也主要取决于当地经济发展所能为体育发展提供的物质条件,取决于经济发展水平影响下鄂西农民的个人经济收入状况以及经济发展带来的个人观念、思维方式、行为方式的改变.鉴于此,文章提出了大力发展地方经济、发展群众体育事业、拓宽体育经费来源渠道、充分挖掘地方各类民俗传统体育资源等应对措施,以期为鄂西地区的体育事业发展提供理论支持.

| Abstract: | Economy is the foundation of the social development and also the base of sports development. Western Hubei as the area which economy is relatively backward in Hubei Province, the development of its rural sports is slow. Based on the survey, the authors finds that farmers in Westem Hubei have all kinds of sports demands, but the demands for sports ultimately depend on the local economic level, at the same time, the developing speed, scale and level of its rural sports in Westem Hubei also depend on the local economic development to provide the material conditions for sports development, depend on farmer＇s personal economic income under the influence of the level of economic development of Western Hubei and the change of farmer＇s personal ideas, thoughts and behaviors based on the economic development. |
