| 摘 要： | 采用访谈法、实地考察法、问卷调查法等,对足球重点城市的后备人才培养路径及合作情况进行调查.结果显示:主要存在教育系统、职业足球俱乐部、体育系统、民办足校和业余足球俱乐部4种培养路径.认为:各路径间的合作仅限于形式,未能实现人才培养的整体涌现效应.提出转变理念、政府主导、完善政策、整合资源、制定长远发展规划的多元化共同培养发展对策.

| Abstract: | Using methods of interview,field investigation,and questionnaires,the present study investigated the current situation of the path and cooperation of soccer reserve talent cultivation in key cities.The results revealed that there are four paths to the cultivation of soccer reserve talents;the educational system, professional soccer club,sports systems,private-funded soccer schools and amateur soccer clubs.The cooperation among each path is only a formality,unable to achieve the effect of the overall emergen... |
