| 摘 要： | 隐性教育是思想政治教育的一种方法,与显性教育相比具有＂愉悦性、知识性、多样性和潜隐性＂1]等特点,使思想政治教育避免了容易倒向说教和填鸭的方式。美国的思想政治教育恰以渗透性、隐蔽性著称,通过与美国的比较,借鉴它隐性教育的特色,提高我国思想政治教育的效果。
