| 摘 要： | 从项目目的、信息收集、信息分析、产出成果4个情报研究的基本环节出发，解析国外60多个政府层次的技术预见项目案例，对比技术预见项目与传统情报研究在4个环节上的异同，探讨技术预见项目的战略情报研究属性，诠释技术预见的战略情报含义，从而得出一些重要发现及启示。
