| 摘 要： | 通过检索大量国内外有关射箭运动员选材资料 ,并对国内近年来射箭运动员的测试数据进行了统计学分析 ,筛选出 2 4项青少年射箭运动员选材的敏感指标 ,制定出相应的选材评价标准体系。旨在提高运动员选材与育材的有机结合 ,在造就和培养优秀运动员后备人才中减少盲目性 ,减少资源浪费 |

| Abstract: | Through Indexing large number of internal and external selection data of archers, the author makes statistical analysis on test data for our archers in recent years, chooses 24 sensitive selection indexes, makes out corresponding criterion system of selection appraisement. The main purpose is to combine the talent selection in training successors and reduce resource waste. |
