| 摘 要： | 教育的本质就是教人修道，修人之所以为人之道。在用真情营造的教育中，才会有人性。教师有了信仰的支撑，才会去热爱学生，去主动增长智慧，才会对教育充满热爱，才会自觉地完成自我的终身教育，成为一个清醒的觉悟者，在对众生怀着的大爱与悲悯中奠定一种高贵的气质。

| Abstract: | The essence of education is to teach humans truth and the way of being a person. Humanity can only be felt in such education full of true passion. Only when teachers are filled with beliefs might they love their students, actively develop their wisdom, have a high motivation, and positively accomplish their own lifelong education. Resuhantly they can become sober minds with nobility. |
