智能多通道的轴系扭振试验台

摘    要:介绍一种自制的智能多通道轴系扭振试验台,该试验台利用喷油泵调试台安装模拟轴系和各种非接触式传感器,分析与监测软件采用VB程序进行编程,并实现神经网络进行智能故障诊断与分析。研究表明,该试验台的研制成功,将有利于提高实验教学水平。

Abstract:A self-made mulitichannel torsional vibration tester were introduced. It installs the simulating torsional vibration and non-contact sensor in the pump test bed. The analytic and monitoring softwave is Programmed by means of VB language, and the real time monitoring and diagnosis system of shafting torsion vibration is based on neural network. The experimental results show that it will raise level of experiment teaching.
