| 摘 要： | 交通是经济社会发展的重要基础,重庆一小时经济圈建设,交通要先行。涪陵位于重庆一小时经济圈的远郊区,优先发展交通,实现交通上档提速,对于推进涪陵的经济社会又好又快发展具有先导性、奠基性、示范性和战略性意义,是涪陵尽快融入"重庆一小时经济圈"核心区的破题之举。制定并实施综合交通规划、推进城市周边路桥收费改革、实施城市公交改革、加强交通安全监管,是发展涪陵交通的有效策略。

| Abstract: | The transportation is the important foundation of the economic society development.In the construction of one hour economic circle of Chongqing,the transportation must carry on in advance.Fuling is located in the suburbs of one hour economic circle of Chongqing.Developing the transportation at first and realizing improvement of transportation speed impulse Fuling's economic society to develop well and quickly which has the leading,basic,demonstrative and strategic significance.It is Fuling's important action which integrates the core area of one hour economic circle of Chongqing as soon as possible.Establishing and implementing the comprehensive transportation plans,advancing the reform of the city peripheral highways and bridges,implementing the reform of the city public transportation and enhancing supervision and management of traffic safety are the effective strategies of developing Fuling's transportation. |
