| 摘 要： | 作为一种优秀的杀菌剂 ,2 ,4 ,4′ 三氯 2′ 羟基二苯醚在 2 0世纪 70年代投入使用 .本文制备了 3种羟基二苯醚化合物 ,确定了它们的液相色谱分离条件 .对三氯 2′ 羟基二苯醚的纯化条件进行了研究 ,发现活性炭、膨润土及三氧化二铝等脱色剂对粗产品中各个组分的脱色作用各不相同 :2 ,4 ,4′ 三氯 2′ 羟基二苯醚可以被活性炭吸附 ,产品中的有色杂质可以被氧化铝吸附 ,产品中无色杂质则可被膨润土吸附

| Abstract: | As a good antimicrobial active ingredient, 2,4,4′-trichloro-2′-hydroxydiphenyl ether has been already commercially available since 1970s. For this paper halogenated hydroxydiphenyl ethers were prepared and purified, and their analytical conditions by HPLC were studied. Further purification of 2,4,4′-trichloro-2′-hydroxydiphenyl ether was also studied. The adsorption ability of different decolourants, e.g. alumina and bentonite, for each component in crude product of 2,4,4′-trichloro-2′-hydroxydiphenyl ether was varied. 2,4,4′-trichloro-2′-hydroxydiphenyl ether might be adsorbed by active carbon. The colored impurities might be adsorbed by alumina. The colorless impurities might be adsorbed by bentonite. |
