摘    要:以CaCO3 和CaHPO4 ·2H2 O为原料 ,研究羟基磷灰石合成过程中混合料在水介质及高速球磨条件下发生的机械化学作用 .混合料球磨 1h可合成结晶良好、含碳酸根及磷酸氢根的羟基磷灰石 ,其化学组成与由骨水泥水化而成的羟基磷灰石相同 ,颗粒呈球状或短棒状 ,粒径分布范围为 2 0— 10 0 nm .

Abstract:The mixture of CaHPO4 @ 2H2O and CaCO3 was ground in an aqueous system under appropriate con-ditions to investigate the mechanochemical reaction for the synthesis of crystalline hydroxyapatite (HA) powder.Hydroxyapatite of high crystallinity powder including trace Cat0 ( PO4 ) 6 CO3 ( OH ) and Ca9 HPO4 ( PO4 ) 6 OH canbe synthesized by mechanical activation without further thermal treatment at a high temperature. The synthesisreaction during the grinding process was almost completed within 1 h. The as-ground powder exhibits a particledistribution of 20-100 nm in size with a spherical or rodlike morphology. The composition and degree of crys-tallinity of the mechanochemical synthesized hydroxyapatite powders were coincident with the cement-typehydroxyapatite.
