| 摘 要： | 校本教学资源库建设是基础教育信息化建设的核心和关键,是教师开展信息化教学、学生实现自主学习时获取知识信息的重要渠道。该研究基于陕西省农村中小学数字化教学资源建设及应用现状抽样调查的结果与分析,提出了农村中小学校本教学资源库建设的基本原则和实施策略,以期加快和规范我国农村中小学校本教学资源库建设。

| Abstract: | School-based teaching resource library construction is the basic core of information technology education and the key to teachers in information technology teaching,also it is the important channel for students’ self-learning to achieve knowledge and information.The research is based on primary and secondary schools in rural areas in Shaanxi Province of digital teaching resources and application of sample survey results and analysis,and the paper advances the basic principles of library construction and implementation strategies to accelerate and standardize the rural primary and secondary school teaching resources library building. |
