| Abstract: | The basis and soul of Mao Zedong's view of culture is his ideal in culture, an ideal that the culture of the Chinese nation be constructed into a scientific national culture of the populace. Nowadays, three recent problems face the construction of this culture, namely, how to maintain the cultural distinction of our nation in the background of globalization, how to realize the assemblage of scientific spirit with humanistic spirit, and how to lead the popular culture in our country into healthy development. |
