| Abstract: | The enterprise's strategy decides its development direction and deployment. The enterprise's capability is a platform and foundation that determine the enterprise's development. The strategy is not isolated with the capability, their validity combination constitute enterprise's strategic competence. The whole activities of enterprise should be controlled by their strategic competence, which decides the enterprise's growth and development. |
