摘    要:以水为溶剂,过氧化物为引发剂,马来酸酐(MA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)、丙烯酸正丁酯(BA)为单体。合成了MA—AM—BA三元水溶性聚合物。探讨了引发剂及分子量调节剂用量、单体比例、聚合温度、聚合时间与聚合物阻垢性能的关系,在最佳合成条件下的聚合产物对CaCO3垢、CaSO4垢的阻垢率分别为97.10%和98.42%。

Abstract:Water soluble polymer of three members MA/AM/BA has been synthesized by water as solvent, peroxide as intiator, maleic anhydride, acrylamide, butyl acrylate as monomers. The dependence of scale inhibition of the polymer on initiator dose, molecular weight regulator dose, mole ratio of monomers, reaction temperature, and reaction time was discussed. The polymer has been made in the optimal synthetic condition, The scale inhibition of the polymer was determined, The rate of scale inhibition for CaCO_3 was 97.10%, and for CaSO_4 was 98.42%.
