| 摘 要： | 在素质教育中，心理素质是核心，而心理素质 的培养又体现为健康人格的养成。当代大学生健康人格自塑的议题还少有研究者涉及，笔者从当代大学生健康人格自塑在素质教育中的地位和作用，当代大学生中存在的人格缺陷及其产生的原因，当代大学生健康人格自塑的途径和方法几个方面探讨了这个问题。
