| 摘 要： | 以科学发展观为指导,通过对新中国高校体育历程的回顾,以"以人为本、健康第一"为理念,对当前高校体育发展的现状进行剖析,指出当前高校体育发展过程中存在的问题,并提出合理化的建议与对策。

| Abstract: | Guided by the scientific development concept,the paper reviews the university sport development in P.R.C.and analyses the current university sport on the basis of concept of people first and health first.The paper also points out the problems in the university sport development and proposes appropriate countermeasures. |
