摘    要:为适应我校生物工程专业培养以白酒产业为代表的传统固态发酵行业应用型工程人才的卓越工程师培养目标要求,学校对微生物学课程教学进行了改革.首先根据专业培养目标,确定微生物学知识和能力体系要求,并以此为基础,重构理论和实践体系;后以注重实践能力和工程素养培养为导向,对教学方式和方法进行改革.最终确定了人才培养目标下微生物学相关知识和能力体系要求,形成了重实践的教学内容体系,摸索出了实验和理论教学有机结合、案例式教学为主等有效的教学方式和方法.

Abstract:According to the goal of Cultivating Outstanding Engineers for traditional solid-state-fermentation industry,a microbiology teaching reform was performed in our school. Firstly knowledge and abilities required were defined according to the goal of this major,and then a framework about the students' theoretical and practical abilities was reconstructed also based on the plan. The teaching pattern and method are now application oriented,the combination of experiments and theory has been realized,and case studies have become the major part of the teaching activities in class.
