| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义法治国家,是中国共产党孜孜以求的奋斗目标。党对建设社会主义法治国家进行了长期不懈的探索。在理论上,创造性地提出了中国特色社会主义法治理论,丰富和发展了马克思主义法学理论;在实践上,探索出中国特色社会主义法治国家建设道路,法治建设取得了巨大成就。始终坚持以中国特色社会主义法治理论为指导,坚持党的领导与依法治国的有机统一,坚持法治的普遍原则与中国具体国情创造性结合的建设路径,是这条道路显著的中国特色。

| Abstract: | To establish a socialist state under the legal system is the goal that Chinese Communist Party is striving for.The Communist Party has been making persistent exploration to achieve this goal.Theoretically,it has brought about the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics and legal system,and has enriched and developed the theories of Marxism law.Practically,it has found an access to a socialist state with Chinese characteristics and legal system,and the development of legal system has made eminent progress which are the typical Chinese features in the process of achieving the goal that we should stick to the leading role of the socialism with Chinese characteristics and legal system,and insist on integrating Chinese Communist Party’s leading role with ruling the country according to law,and persist in the construction pattern that creatively unites general principles of the rule of law with Chinese specific conditions. |
