| 摘 要： | 《症状自评量表SCL-90》是世界上最著名的心理健康测试量表之一,本文通过逐步多元线性回归分析及区分效度检验模型,实证性认证了SCL-90所具有的非常显著的操作性区分效度;从理论和实践层面上分析了身体锻炼、活动后身心感觉、抽烟、饮酒、睡眠深度等因素在内的生活方式对心理健康有显著的积极影响。这对完善健康自评的测量理论,启发市民形成积极生活方式及培养现代生活意识有前瞻性启迪意义。

| Abstract: | ＂SCL - 90＂ is one of most famous psychologically healthy test in the world. This article, through gradually the multivariate linear regression and differentiated the validity examination model, testifies about the very remarkable operational discrimination validity which SCL -90 had, analyzes that the physical exercise, feeling after exercise, smoking, drink alcohol and sound sleep has positive influence on mental health. It has significant meaning for perfecting health self - evaluation and promoting resident＇ s positive and health life style. |
