| 摘 要： | 本文结合实践总结归纳并分析了企业工业产权保护与管理中存在的问题,如企业不及时注册商标及续展,商标设计缺乏显著性,合资及国际贸易中不论证商标的合法性,疏于保护职务技术成果,不注意专利申请前的保密,开发新产品不作专利检索,技术引进及专利许可中不能有效防范风险及欺诈等问题。针对上述问题作者提出了应吸取的经验、教训及解决这些问题的对策。
