| 摘 要： | 在社会信息化浪潮汹涌澎湃的时代，大众传播为未成年人的学习生活和舆论开辟了新的渠道，构成了未成年人价值观形成、发展的重要环境，成为教育引导未成年人价值观的核心力量。大众传播在利用其特有功能及优势引导未成年人认识、认同、践行社会主导价值观的同时，也在一定程度上对未成年人的价值观形成误导。要限制和消除这种误导效应，必须要提高传播者自身素质，选择适宜的传播内容和方式，加强监管部门的监察力度，才能帮助未成年入顺利过渡到价值观的“成熟期”。

| Abstract: | In the age when social informatization is surging, the mass communications provides a new channel for the juveniles＇lives, study and press, creates the essential environment for the establishment of juveniles＇values, and has become the core power to teach and guide the juveniles＇values.When the mass communications guides the juveniles to recognize and practice the dominant values of the society by its unique functions and advantages, it also misleads the juveniles to some extent.In order to limit and eliminate this effect of misleading, we must enhance the disseminators＇own quality, chose appropriate content and methods of disseminating, and strengthen the supervision to help juveniles to transit smoothly into the values of＇mature＇. |
