| 摘 要： | 随着高等教育改革的进一步深化，加强高校国有资产的管理模式创新研究意义重大。当前高校国有资产管理存在的问题主要有：管理认识存在偏差；管理体制不健全；管理方式欠规范；评价体系缺失；预算管理薄弱等。国有资产管理模式的创新应该变多头管理为统一领导、归口管理，强化国有资产管理部门的职能，实现资产管理与预算管理相结合，推动资产的动态化管理，实现评价与管理、评价与预算相结合。
