| Abstract: | It is proved that the mutual actions between two cuyyentelements contradict Newton's third law.But this is only the nonconservation of mechaniaal momentum of two currentcurrent elements.However,the total momentum for a system of two current elements is conservational if the variations in momentum of an electromagnetic fields are considered. |
