| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法、数理统计法，对河南省13所高校的在读本科生参与休闲运动阻碍因素特征进行调查研究，结果表明：河南大学生整体休闲运动阻碍达浅度，并趋近中度程度。

| Abstract: | Using the methods of literature, the survey method, logical investigation on the obstructive factors of university undergraduate analysis, mathematical statistics, the paper does the students participating in recreational sports in 13 universities and colleges in Henan Province. The findings： the degree of students as a whole amounts to the shallow level, and toward moderate level. |
