| 摘 要： | 随着依法治国方略的提出和实施，高等教育改革与发展进程的加快，高校管理的法制化已成为我国高校管理的必然趋势。本文试从微观上，从公办高校内部管理的角度就高等学校如何在现行法律框架内．依照法律的授权，推进高校内部管理的法制化，促进高等教育的健康发展作一些思考和研究。
