二氢茉莉酸丙酯(PDJ)对水稻移栽苗生长的影响

摘    要:研究了不同浓度的PDJ溶液对水稻移栽苗生长的影响.结果表明,适当浓度的PDJ能提高水稻幼苗的抗干燥性和抗寒性,特别能提高抗干燥性;促进根系生长,促进分蘖;促进干物质的累积,从而提高了谷粒产量其中10mg/kgPDJ喷雾处理,提高了单株产量16.7%,差异显著;0.05mg/kgPDJ浸根处理,提高了单株产量20.8%,差异极显著。

Abstract:The research is about how different concentrations PDJ affects the growth of rice transplant seediings. The results indicates suitable concentration PDJ can improve drought resistance and cold resistance,especially drought resistance;advance the growth of root system and dry matter accumulation; so as to improve grains yield. Of all teatments, 10mg/kg PDJ spraying treatment with 16 .7% increase of the yield per stem is significance;0 .05mg/kg PDJ root soaking with 20. 8% increase is very significance.
