浅析大学文化与企业文化及其互动

摘    要:大学和企业都是社会组织,大学文化和企业文化都是组织文化,由表层文化、中层文化、深层文化构成一个整体。组织文化不能与生俱来,要经历一个塑造的过程而形成。大学文化和企业文化是组织文化层面之下的次亚群文化,两种文化之间存在差异。因此,大学文化与企业文化之间存在一定的互动空间,在塑造过程中可以有效互动,实行校企合作是大学文化与企业文化互动的有效途径。

Abstract:Colleges and enterprises are social organizations, thus college culture and enterprise culture are organizational culture. Organizational culture consists of surface culture, medium culture and in-depth culture, and it is not born with the organization at the very beginning, but formed gradually. The paper points out that college culture and enterprise culture are sub-group cultures of organizational culture. They are different from each other and they have impact on each other and influence each other during the course of formation. So the cooperation of colleges and enterprises is the effective way to realize interaction of college culture and enterprise culture.
