| 摘 要： | 通过对全国10个高新区1868名科技人员进行问卷调查,比较了工作满意度5个相关因素在对不同学历科技人员整体满意度的影响程度上存在的差异。研究发现,对于具有大专、本科及硕士学历的科技工作者,薪酬福利仍然是决定其工作满意度的最主要因素,而对于具有博士学历的科技工作者,晋升才是影响其工作满意度的最主要因素。
