| 摘 要： | 几百年来，对夏洛克善恶形象的探讨是对《威尼斯商人》的研究重点之一。一般来说，大家研究的角度是种族主义宗教主义等，通过还原历史现实，既看到夏洛克有悖道德的残忍的一面，同时也看清他是不平等的法律制度和歪曲的社会价值标准的受害者。通过透析夏洛克和杰西卡的冲突，从父女关系的角度分析夏洛克人性中的善恶两极。

| Abstract: | For many years, the image of Shylock, viewed from racial and religious perspectives, has never been settled. He is seen both as an outrageous oppressor and as an oppressed victimized by the law system and distorted morals of his day. This paper analyzes the two sides of Shylock from the conflicts between him and Jessica, his daughter. |
