| 摘 要： | 通过对桂林6所高校(广西师范大学、桂林医学院、桂林电子科技大学、桂林航天工业高等专科学校、桂林工学院、桂林旅游高等专科学校)的篮球队运动员在训练与比赛中常出现的心理问题进行调查、分析,发现这些高校篮球队在心理训练中存在理论上对心理训练认识不全面、实践上表现被动和缺乏系统性等问题,通过对篮球比赛中影响篮球运动员比赛心理的主观因素、客观因素的分析与总结,提出赛前、赛中、赛后做好心理负荷准备、模拟比赛的心理训练、现场运动情绪的调节、比赛现场排除干扰等方法来培养运动员良好的心理素质的方法.
