| 摘 要： | 中学排球运动受训练条件简陋、训练时间较短以及可长期坚持训练的人数有限等客观因素的影响，致使排球比赛长期处于发球、一传、偶有扣球的低级水平，让排球这一重要的奥运项目在学校体育活动中一直处于低潮。笔者在遵循排球运动基本规律的前提下，通过减少发球一传失误、增加扣球网距等特殊规则的制定，设计出一种四人排球赛制。经实验研究表明：该赛制难度不但适合于中学生排球技术基础和身心特点，且利于和现代排球运动发展趋势接轨。比赛呈现出发球一传失误率较低、进入比赛过程后攻防来回争夺数较高的效果。

| Abstract: | Volleyball in the middle schools was suffered affecting by the many objective factors,such as the poor training conditions, shorter training time and the relatively few students who couldinsist on the long-term training. The factors lead to volleyball match being in low-level state and theservice , first pass and a few smash compose the main part of a match.According to the basic law involleyball ,authors designed a four-people volleyball match with a series of the special rules. Theapplication of the four-people volleyball match indicated that the new match system decreased thematch difficulty and suited both the students' skill base and their physiological and psychologicalcharacteristecs. |
