| 摘 要： | 体育运动的发展离不开规则的不断完善,排球运动亦是如此。探析规则变化后对排球运动的影响是一个很有价值的课题。文章从2009年～2012年排球新规则的几点变化中与2005～2008年的规则进行了对比分析,归纳总结出其中的一些规则修改的发展方向,总结出对于排球运动的几方面的影响。为我国高水平运动队能更好的理解、贯彻和适应新规则修改变化提供相应的理论依据。

| Abstract: | Physical culture and sports can not be developed without the constant improvement of rules.Volleyball is also developed like that.It is valuable to discuss the relationships between volleyball and its modified regulations.This article compares the new changes from 2009 to 2012 with the old rules and then it sums up several aspects that can effect the development of volleyball.Moreover,it makes theoretical basis for high-level sports teams to understand,implement and adapt the new rules better. |
