| 摘 要： | 利用索洛经济增长模型分析1981-2009年期间科技进步对温州市经济增长的贡献率发现,从＂六五＂到＂十五＂期间科技进步贡献率呈一定的下降趋势,虽然2006-2009年科技进步贡献率已经回升至30.53%,但距离国家科技发展规划的战略目标60%仍有较大差距。因此,温州市政府必须强化科技进步对经济增长的引导作用,抓紧落实和评估已出台的各项科技扶持政策措施,鼓励和引导民间资本投向科技创新领域,实现向科技创新驱动型的现代经济发展方式转型。

| Abstract: | Adopting Solow Growth Model,an analysis is made on the contribution of technical progress during 1981-2009 to Wenzhou economic growth.It is found that from Sixth Five-year Plan to Tenth Five-year Plan,the contribution rate of scientific and technical progress shows some decline.Although the contribution rate of scientific and technical progress in 2006-2009 has increased to 30.53%,there is still a big gap to the strategic goal of 60% of the national scientific and technical development plan.Therefore,Wenzho... |
