| 摘 要： | 邓小平发展了马克思主义政治科学的原理，提出了“从政治角度考虑经济问题．用经济手段解决政治问题”的治理国家的科学方法论。提出了：发展根据论：“发展是硬道理”；发展规律论：“台阶式”和“梯度式”；发展动力论：“改革是中国的第二次革命”；发展条件论：“稳定和开放”；发展模式论：“社会整体进步”；发展保障论：“政治明与依法治国”。他把发展问题作为时代根本主题的第一要义来研究．把社会发展．实质是人的发展，提高到“三个有利于”和根本价值标准的战略高度来认识。以全新的视野、全新的境界、全新的高度对现代化理论进行了创新性诠释．

| Abstract: | Deng Xiaoping developed the principle of Marxist political science, and put forward the scientific methodology of considering economic issues from the perspective of politics, and dealing with politic issues by political means. He put forward the theory of development accordance, development is truth; theory of development principle, both the step type and the step-degree type; theory of the motive force of development, i.e. reformation is China's second revolution; theory of development condition, stability and openness; theory of development mode, progress of the whole society; theory of development guarantee, political civilization and running the country according to the law. He regarded the issue of development as the first essential element of the basic themes of the epoch, studied social development (the development of human beings in essence) from the higher strategic perspective of the three benefits and the basic standard of value, and creatively explained the theory of modernization from an all-new perspective, with an all-new state and from an all-new high plane. |
