| 摘 要： | 本文提出了一个符合中国国情的高考改革方案。这一方案的主要特点是以高中校内成绩作为高校招生录取的主要依据,以全国或全省统一考试作为高中成绩的校准参照,统一考试成绩完全与考生脱钩。
