| 摘 要： | 常捷军是法国积极武装干涉太平天国的产物，由于清军的衰弱和清廷的上谕，时任浙江巡抚的左崇棠在万般无奈中接受了常捷军，他一方面利用它、控制它；一方面又总想着撤遗它。在这矛盾复杂的心态中，左宗棠其它已酝酿出自强的思想，这为他以后从事洋务运动奠定了思想基础。

| Abstract: | The Chang Jie Army is the product of French positive interference to Tai Ping Heavenly kingdom.Because of the weakness of Qing military and the order of the courtyard, Zuo Zongtang, the leader of Zhejiang Province at that time, was obliged to accept it. On one hand,Zuo made use of it and controlled it .on the other hand,he always wanted to dismantle it . With such a complicated and contradictory state of mind ,Zuo formed the idea - we must constantly stvive to become stronger.The thought lays an ideology basis for his later activity : to take part in the movement to learn from the western countries. |
