摘    要:一个人生涯的合理设计与规划是成才的关键,而学生的兴趣爱好是个人生涯设计的基础。学校教育、家庭教育应根据学生的兴趣注意培养他们个人生涯规划设计的意识,并在各个成长阶段加以引导,帮助他们分析、了解自我,唤醒他们的主体意识,点燃他们的求知欲,变“望子成龙”为“子要成龙”,让学生为实现心中的梦想而学习。

Abstract:Reasonable designing and programming of one's career is a key points for his success in the future. Of course the designing of the student's career should be made on the base of interests and advantages. School education and family education should attach more importance to cultivate children's consciousness to design their careers, give them some necessary instructions at different stages, help them to analyze and understand themselves, arouse their subject consciousness and excite their desire to learn new knowledge. In this way, hoping the child to have a bright future will be changed to the child himself wanting to have a bright future and to study for their dreams.
