| 摘 要： | 文章对目前太极拳教学方法进行总结和分析，认为目前的教学方法过于传统和形式化，与太极拳的运动规律、运动特点不相配套，在教学中没有真正抓住太极拳运动的技术关键，学生学习不轻松，教师教学也很辛苦，教学效果不尽人意．该文提出一种全新的教学方法，使目前的教学效果得以改善．
