| 摘 要： | 制造技术从手工制造发展到机器制造、再到数字化制造,制造业人机关系也相应地由自然状态,发展到“以机器为中心”,再到现代的“以人为中心”。人在现代制造中的核心作用日益突出。促进制造技术的人性化发展和提高人对现代技术发展的适应能力,是构建现代人机和谐关系的基本途径。

| Abstract: | The paper indicates that while manufacturing industry develops from manual production to mechanical manufacturing,and then to numericalizd manufacturing,the man-machine relation also evolves from a spontaneous link to being machine-centered,and then to modern man-centered.In modern manufacturing industry,man's core position is standing out day by day.To strike up a harmonious Man-machine relation,promoting the humanization of the manufacturing technology and enhancing human's ability to accommodate the development of modern manufacturing technology are the radical approaches. |
