| 摘 要： | 以不同浓度的6—BA处理朱槿切花,通过切花瓶插期间形态和生理的变化,研究了6—BA对朱槿切花衰老的影响.结果表明,0.1—0.2mg·L~(-1)的6—BA能明显地缓解切花水分胁迫,改善体内水分平衡,促进切花开放,使花朵鲜重和花径增大,抑制花瓣溶质外渗,延缓切花衰老,提高切花的寿命.

| Abstract: | Cutting flower of Hibiscus rosa -sinensis were used to study the effects of 6 -BA on senescence. The results showed that 0.1-0. 2mg/L 6-BA treatment not only improved the water balance of cut flower, stimulated blossom, puted on fresh weight and flower diameter, but also controlled petal solute seep out and delayed life of cut flower. |
