| 摘 要： | 在经济全球化的时代条件下,作为确定港口发展战略的重要前提,如何给港口进行自身定位并对其发展条件进行综合评价值得我们去探讨。本文在介绍经济全球化与港口发展的基础上,从影响港口发展的内部条件和外部条件出发,形成了基于专家意见的港口发展条件评价目标体系,并应用层次分析法对港口发展条件进行了定量分析评价,最后提出了几点建议。

| Abstract: | Under the era conditions of the economic globalization and as an important prerequisite of defining the port development strategy,how to give a reservation to port itself is deserved us to probe into.Basing on introducing the economic globalization and port development, this paper uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process to analyze quantitatively and gives some suggestions. |
