| 摘 要： | 旅游区的建设与发展是区域旅游发展的基础，一个成功的旅游目的地需要有一批特色鲜明的旅游景区。西山旅游区是昆明旅游发展的基础景区之一。通过对西山旅游区的环境、资源、市场等研究提出了西山旅游区的发展战略、任务及保障措施。

| Abstract: | The construction and development of scenic spots is the foundation of regional tourism development, a successful tourist destination needs a group of tourist scenic spots with distinctive features. Western Hill tourism area is one of the fundamental tourism areas of tourism development in Kunming. This article advances the development strategies, tasks as well as safeguard measures by analyzing the environment, resource and market of Western Hill tourism area and so on. |
