| 摘 要： | 探讨了综合实践活动课的实质与特征,论述驾驭综合实践活动的教师应该具有的基本素质。根据对中小学开展科技类为核心的综合实践活动课现状及其师资队伍的调查,提出了建设高素质综合实践活动教师队伍的发展策略。
