| 摘 要： | 高职院校是地方性知识中心，其知识的全球共争性相对较弱。经济全球化促进了生产、销售、服务和管理等环节的国际化，从而对生产、服务、管理第一线的骨干人才提出了国际化的要求，成为推动高职教育国际化的主要动力。在高职教育国际化过程中，要坚持以地方性为基础，坚持“以我为主”、“为我所用”的原则，进一步完善高职教育的相关配套制度。

| Abstract: | Colleges of higher vocational education are knowledge centers for the local areas, and as a result, the sharing of the knowledge throughout the world leaves much to be desired. Economic globalization enhances the internationalization of manufacturing, sales, service and management. At the same time, new requirements and challenges emerge for the employees in the above-mentioned fields, which become the motive force of the internationalization of higher vocational education. During the process, the locality-based, and local application-oriented principles should be adhered to, and the supporting policies be improved. |
